My first full length albumy thing! I've been working on this bugger since April 2010.

Featuring my brother Joe on bass (The Meat Song, Men of Phise, Bismuth as Usual) and vocals (Bismuth as Usual), James Benn on bass (Walkin' Bird), Sam Conroy making noises (Under the Table, Walkin' Bird, Final Outro), James whitehead making noises (Walkin' Bird). Intro co-devised by Luke Stevens circa 1998.

All material composed, arranged, produced, performed and pooed out by Alex Sumesar-Rai apart from some noises sampled in the hope that nobody would notice.

Oh and cheers to Richard Herring for use of what i can only assume is his intellectual property (Men of Phise).
